Interpreting Technical Reports with Integrity, Clarity, and Efficiency

Established as an LLC as of May 2025.

Have you ever received a report for your company - maybe you sent out samples to a third-party lab for analysis, or you received a technical brief filled with jargon you couldn't make heads or tails of - and you were relying on the people giving it to you to be honest about what they were saying? When it comes to your company, that's a hell of a risk to take.

I've been around people my entire academic, research, and professional careers that have said varying iterations of the same things.
"They don't know what they're looking at, they just want to see a pretty graph and flashy charts."
"We've literally had colored water in glassware because they don't know the difference."

Most of what I've seen, when it comes to the interactions of those in sciences and those not, is ego. They know that it can be confusing, they know the "power of the white coat," and they know you won't have the time or knowledge to call them on things they can skate over.

You might ask, with AI, why do I need you? Why can't I just put my reports I get into ChatGPT and ask it to break it down for me? And to that I would say... you could. But will ChatGPT understand that the sample you're reading the report on is over lipstick rather than oil rig systems when it scans and finds oils and waxes? Would you trust the thing spitting out photos of people will too many teeth and videos of people morphing into blobs because it can't determine how the mechanics work?

I have a nine-year career in chemistry. I have an ACS-accredited B.S. and M.S. in chemistry with focuses in instrumental and analytical techniques, a minor in physics, and I'm currently pursuing my Ph.D. in astronautical engineering. I'm working in a private research lab in oil and gas where I'm a special projects developer. Meaning when they have a unique problem they can't solve, they come to me. I've conducted research in civil engineering, oil filtering systems, active pharmaceutical ingredients, space satellites, thermodynamics, sensors, computational chemistry, OLEDs, and deep eutectic solvents just to name a few projects. I've published in major journals, presented to a wide variety of audiences, and worked in multidisciplinary fields. I've been around the block and I've seen everything form fragile egos to straight up lies paraded as good science.
