FAQ
1. How does this work?
Great question. It's a pretty simple process:
1. Contact us on our "Contact" page or via email at DataDecoded@yahoo.com.
2. In that email, include the following:
- Desired service tier (see "Pricelist/Services" for details).
- Description of project contents (as detailed as comfortably/legally allowed, including number of figures, field of report, field of company, page count, and any other pertinent details).
- Desired turnaround time.
- Any particular desired outcomes, if applicable.
3. Once we receive a request, it will be reviewed within 24 hours, and a representative will contact you with an NDA to ensure confidentiality is maintained for the requestor's protection and discretion.
4. Any relevant questions will be asked, and work commences once 50% payment is received.
6. Receive your report with actionable insights for your company laid out in layman's terms that anyone could understand, enabling your company to get the most out of the work you pay for.
2. Why should we use you?
This is also a great question, and the answer is laid out more clearly on the "About us" page, but to put it succinctly, integrity, clarity, and efficiency. Those are the pillars of our company.
We have experts with a decade of experience in a variety of fields (from chemistry to space engineering) that will help your company build its edge. This enables you to cut through the egos and jargon to figure out what they're actually telling you... and what they're not.
3. What makes you unique?
Simply? No one else can do what we do.
Our founder has years of experience in a very unique aspect of STEM - building backwards from hypotheses instead of data. Most scientists are trained to work with data given, or a gap in the field, very few are trained to work from a hypothesis. Even fewer have advanced degrees in both science and engineering (usually, you pick one and stick with it). This allows unparalleled expertise in designing "backwards" and considering unexpected details. This also allows us to look at things from multiple technical viewpoints, which most companies don't (i.e., won't) do for you, with high-level expertise across the board (even rarer).
