Additional Services
Expedited Service
The lowest price in the range is the expedited service fee. For example, if expedited services are requested on a 35-page document, the Expedited Service Fee for a Standard Review would be $300. Expedited Service time depends on the size and requested service level of translation for the document. E.g., a 300-page standard service document would be feasibly accomplished in less time than a 600-page document with a detailed review service requested.
Document Formatting
0.50-2.00 per page based on complexity of desired format if different than Data Decoded report.
Turnaround Time Estimation
Our Guarantee: We will clearly communicate any potential delays and provide options, which may include a partial refund, if we cannot meet our estimated timeline for reasons within our control.
Factors Affecting Pricing
Complexity
Highly specialized, legal, or novel scientific content may incur a higher fee.
Volume Discounts
We offer discounted rates for large projects (500+ pages) and ongoing partnerships with repeat clients.
Terms and Conditions
To begin work, we require a signed service agreement and a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed report.
Cancellation after work has commenced will incur a fee based on the progress of the project.
